6th Annual Homemade Ice Pop Recipes

Carrot Orange Mango Homemade (No Added Sugar) Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango (Either frozen or fresh)

  • 1 cup of orange juice (not from concentrate)

  • 3 medium size carrots (peeled, sliced)

  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 100 ml)

Optional:

  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger

  • 1 tsp turmeric

Steps:

Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree until as smooth. Pour into ice pop mold and set in the freezer for 4 hours.

For a smoother ice pop, cook the carrots first:

  • In microwave, for 5 minutes with ½ cup of water

Or

  • On the stovetop, in 2 cups of boiling water for 7-8 minutes

Makes: 10 ice pops (depending on size of mold)

Raspberry Kiwi Lime Homemade (No Added Sugar) Ice Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 kiwis

  • 50 ml lime juice

  • 1 cup water

Steps:

Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree until as smooth. Pour into ice pop mold and set in the freezer for 4 hours.

Makes:  10 ice pops (depending on size of mold)
